Registration & Booking

Just 3 steps to book your place on our small-group tours:

1. Click on the link below to download and read the Terms and Conditions of Raw Rainforest Immersion Photo Tours.  This document contains our policy for liability, reservations, cancellations and refunds.
2. Click on the second link below to download the Registration Form. This provides us important information about you so we can do our best to address your needs and preferences.  Be sure to complete and return one form for each participant and return by mail or email to our address.  We will follow-up with you to confirm we have your completed information.
3. Please make your 30% deposit (one per participant) to Visual Ventures, LLC.  Secure payments can now be made by credit card.  We typically email out a PayPal Invoice for the amount of your deposit or payment. You may also use the  Paypal payment page on our website.  Be sure to indicate “Paypal” as the form of payment on your registration form. We also accept payments of personal checks by standard mail service. Just let us know your preference.

Note:

The capacity of lodges or providers to add participants will depend on availability and this may be beyond our control as the tour date approaches. The best approach is to reserve and confirm your space as early as possible.

Please be aware that payment by mail can be delayed for international clients. For this reason, the deposit may be billed as early as 60 days prior to the tour start date for those sending payment by mail. The information you provide is strictly confidential and will be used only for the purposes of arranging this tour. Do not provide credit card information by email as it is not secure; for online payment, use only our secure PayPal link.

Final Payments & Preparations
Full payment must be made at least 40 days before the tour start date.

Travel Insurance
We strongly advise our clients to purchase travel insurance with international evacuation coverage for medical emergencies, unforeseen circumstances and extra peace of mind.  It is entirely your responsibility to choose the insurance providers that provide the coverage that best meets your potential needs, however these are a few of the many companies providing travel insurance at some level: Allianz Travel Insurance,  SquareMouth Travel Protection,  CSA Travel Protection or Global Rescue.  However, the final selection must be yours. You might want to speak with your own insurance agent. Not all policies include international medical evacuation. Raw Rainforest provides these links for information only; we receive no commission on the sale of these policies.

Once you’ve booked your tour, be sure to browse our website for information. RawRainforest will respond promptly to your email should you have any questions or concerns.

Arrival in Quito, Ecuador
Upon arrival at Quito’s Mariscal Sucre International Airport,  you will be met by Dr. Bruce Farnsworth or his representative in private transportation and shuttled to our hotel partner, Boutique Hotel Manor Cultural.  You will be on your way to an exciting photographic and educational experience!

After your Tour!
